When the money arrives on FunPay, GGSel and Plati
SelyaMoney does not arrive at once: FunPay waits for the buyer to confirm, GGSel keeps a hold of about 7 days, Plati has its own unfreeze term. See the table below.
On all three marketplaces the money for a sale does not arrive at once. The marketplace holds it while the buyer can complain. The terms differ, and they decide how much money you need to keep for purchases.
| Marketplace | When the money can be withdrawn | Refund to the buyer |
|---|---|---|
| FunPay | After the buyer confirms receipt, or when the time to confirm runs out. It can be withdrawn 48 hours after crediting, and at once with identity verification. | Full only. |
| GGSel | The payment is frozen for the hold period: usually 7 days, but it depends on the category and the seller's personal terms. It can be shortened only through support. | Full or partial. |
| Plati | Every sale has its own unfreeze date, visible in the sale in the Digiseller account. On our sales it is about five days. | Through the Digiseller account: refunds and claims are not available through the API. |
The terms are what we saw on our own accounts. Marketplaces change them and may hold money longer in some categories or for new sellers.
FunPay: the buyer's confirmation
Until the buyer presses “Confirm completion”, the money is pending. Many never press it — then the money arrives when the time runs out. You can speed it up with a polite request in the chat after delivery. Do not demand a confirmation or a review: it annoys the buyer and can end in a complaint.
Money on the balance is not withdrawn at once: FunPay keeps a pause of 48 hours from crediting (the time the money has already lain there counts). If the balance holds money from different orders, you will have to wait by the freshest amount — it is better to withdraw in parts. The pause is lifted by identity verification in the FunPay account settings. After withdrawal the payout itself takes another 48–72 hours.
GGSel: the hold, usually 7 days
GGSel sets the hold period itself: by the product's category and by the particular seller's terms. It does not change automatically — it can be shortened only by writing to GGSel support. Your term is visible in the unfreeze date in the sales of your account (the panel shows the same). With the usual 7 days: sell on Monday and you can withdraw the next Monday. If you buy from a supplier for each order, a week of sales is always tied up in circulation. Count on it in advance: with 10,000 ₽ of sales a day, about 70,000 ₽ will be frozen on the GGSel balance.
Plati: the unfreeze date and “to account”
Plati works through Digiseller. In each sale there are two important figures: how much reached you after the fee and when that money becomes available. Plati does not give withdrawals and advertising payments through the API — they are visible only in the account.
What follows from this
- The money for purchases from a supplier must be your own, not from the revenue of the last few days.
- A refund to a buyer also reduces the frozen money. Make sure the marketplace balance is enough for refunds.
- Compare marketplaces' revenue by the date of sale, not by the date the money became available: otherwise one week on GGSel looks like a failure and the next like a record.
