Personal data processing policy

Edition of 10 Oct 2026. Translated for information: the Russian version is the binding one.

We collect only what we need to sell a subscription and help you. Below: exactly what, why and for how long.

1. The operator

The personal data operator is the administration of the Sellerist service (sellerist.ru), reached through Telegram. The policy is written under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

2. What data we process

When you take a subscription: the name or nickname and the contact (a Telegram nickname or an email) that you gave.
About the payment: the amount, the term, the payment method, the number and the status of the payment. We do not accept cards and do not store payment details.
Technical: your IP address while you use the payment page (to protect against key guessing and abuse).
From your panel: the installation number, the panel version, how its services work and the number of errors. Data on the shop's turnover only if you have switched that setting on yourself.
In support: what you wrote in your message.

The passwords, keys and cookies of the marketplaces, and the data of your buyers, are stored only on your server. We have no access to them and do not process them. You answer for your buyers' data as the seller.

3. Why

to conclude and perform the contract: accept the payment, issue and check the subscription key, release updates;
to answer in support and tell you about important changes in the service;
to find and fix failures of the panel;
to protect against fraud;
to meet the requirements of the law, including accounting.

We send no advertising mailings.

4. Legal grounds

Performance of a contract to which you are a party (Article 6, part 1, clause 5 of 152-FZ), your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form before payment, and the requirements of the law.

5. Who we pass it to

lava.top: the amount, the invoice number and a shared service email address for the receipt (you enter your payment details on the lava.top page, and we do not receive them);
Crypto Bot and Lolz: as much as is needed to carry out the payment (the amount and the invoice number); for a payment through Lolz, the payer's account number on Lolz;
Telegram: if you write to us there, the correspondence goes through Telegram;
state bodies: only when the law requires it.

We do not sell the data or pass it on for advertising.

6. Where and for how long we keep it

The data is kept on a rented server of the Sellerist service.

payment data: 5 years, as the accounting law requires;
name and contact: while the subscription is valid and for 3 years after it ends (the period for claims under the contract), then deleted;
technical data from the panel: 30 days;
support requests: 1 year after the last message.

7. How we protect it

Only the operator has access to the data. The site and the payment page work only over HTTPS, and logging in to the server is closed.

Yandex Metrika (Yandex LLC) is switched on only after you agree in the pop-up banner; without your agreement the counter is not loaded. If you agreed, it sets cookies and counts visits: where you came from, which pages you opened, how long you stayed. Webvisor (a recording of what happens on the page: mouse movements, scrolling, clicks, key presses), the click and scroll map and form analytics are on; the contents of form fields are replaced with asterisks automatically and are not stored. You can withdraw your agreement: clear the site data in your browser and the banner appears again. You can also forbid cookies in the browser or install a blocker. There are no advertising counters on the site. After the same agreement Google Analytics (Google LLC) is switched on too: cookies and a count of visits - pages, source of the visit, time on the site, without identifying you; the data is processed on Google's servers, including outside Russia. Fonts are loaded from our own server. The name and contact from the form on the home page are kept in your browser's storage (sessionStorage) while you go to payment and are erased when you close the tab.

9. Your rights

You can find out what data we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Write on Telegram and we will answer within 10 working days. If consent is withdrawn, we delete the data except what we are obliged by law to keep, and the subscription stays valid until the end of its term. You can file a complaint with Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority.

10. Changes

A new edition of the policy is published on this page and applies from the moment of publication.
